Terms of use

Effective October 6, 2026. Project maintained by Engels Florentino.

Using the application

SocialCli is distributed under the MIT license. You may install, modify and redistribute it under that license. Configure your own accounts or accounts you are authorized to manage and keep credentials confidential.

Content and authorization

You are responsible for file rights, text accuracy and authorization for each post. Review the preview before confirming. Do not use the software to publish another person's content without permission, improperly collect data or bypass platform restrictions.

Third-party services

API access is subject to each provider's terms, permissions, quotas and reviews. Public code does not establish TikTok production approval or guarantee account access. Services may change or become unavailable.

Shared connection service

The hosted connection service is an optional service operated by Engels Florentino. Each creator authorizes their own eligible accounts and confirms their identity in the CLI. Connecting does not approve content publication. Integration availability depends on configuration and provider review, and may change. There is no uptime guarantee. You may disconnect and revoke permissions at any time. Credentials are handled as described in the privacy policy.

No warranties

The MIT license provides the software as is, without warranties, under the full terms of that license. Ambiguous results require remote verification; users must protect files and credentials and review their operations.
